Why Flexi Relief

Help should fit the person—not the other way around.

We are at the beginning of our journey. We are listening first, putting responsible governance in place and developing clear support routes before making promises.

Our ambition is practical: make difficult moments easier to navigate while protecting dignity, safety and choice.

Step 01 of 04

Start with what matters right now.

Share only what you are comfortable sharing. We will use it to understand the enquiry and explain the next suitable step.

People sharing a warm and supportive community conversation

Initial conversation tool

Support pathway checker (preview)

This does not determine eligibility or promise assistance. It helps us understand which conversation may be most useful.

Are you or the person you are asking about in England or Wales?
Is the enquiry about practical community, funeral or burial support?
Is everyone currently safe from immediate danger?
Are you able to share a brief description without sensitive documents?

Answer what you can. “Unsure” is completely fine.

How we intend to help

Practical relief for difficult moments.

Programmes are being developed and will depend on eligibility, safeguarding, funding and suitable partnerships.

Community relief

Practical help for people and families facing hardship, directly or through trusted partners.

Funeral & burial support

Compassionate guidance and, where a funded programme exists, practical assistance.

Partnership & referral

Working with community organisations to connect people with appropriate specialist support.

Important boundaries

  • We are not an emergency service
  • Enquiries do not guarantee funding
  • Do not send medical, identity or bank documents
  • Call 999 if someone is in immediate danger

Governance & safeguards

Building trust
before scale.

As a new charity, we are developing responsible programmes and will publish confirmed routes clearly.

Support models will include proportionate safeguarding responsibilities and escalation routes.
